Boudoir – 1225
The first safe many players encounter. The clue comes from a Christmas postcard near the safe. The date is December 25th, resulting in the combination 1225. It may also work as 2512.
Office – 0303
Open the desk drawer and read the note referring to the book March of the Counts. The month “March” gives you 03, and there are three count statues in the room, forming the code 0303.
Study – 0812
The king piece on the chessboard is on square D8, which suggests December 8th. The correct combination is 0812.
Drafting Studio – 1108
Using the magnifying glass, look at the calendar at the studio entrance. It always shows two dates: November 7th and the date of the second in-game day, November 8th. The combination is 1108.
Drawing Room – 0415
The clue comes from the mansion’s paintings. The hidden message “If we count small gates, eight dates crack eight safes” plays with the idea of “small gaits.” Look at the paintings with figures taking small steps: four for the woman and fifteen for the man with the umbrella, totaling 0415.
Red Door – MAY8
There’s no clear clue, but the code MAY8 (May 8th) is connected to the same painting message and the number eight. Though the solution is vague, this combination works to unlock the gate.
